Hello there,

I’m Kelsy – Paris-based, an MBA/Master’s graduate from a Grande École programme, and an analytical idealist, INTP in the way I reason, INFJ in the way I care. Most of the time, an effortless curious dot-connector somewhere in between.

I first created a blog in 2016, on a train from Denmark to Sweden, during the rise of Internet 4.0 – when independent voices, personal websites, and social media were becoming part of everyday life.

Now, in 2026, from Paris, we are standing at another turning point: the age of AI. When technology can automate so much, it naturally raises the question: what is the point of writing, blogging, or building a personal platform?

My answer is simple: writing is still one of the most human ways to think. It helps us question, connect, refine, iterate, and turn scattered dots into meaningful insights. It transforms collected data into processed information, informed knowledge, and sometimes – lived wisdom.

AI is a powerful tool. It can ease many pain points and accelerate how we work. But fresh perspectives and original ideas still begin with lived experience, critical thinking, human curiosity, and the courage to connect what may seem unrelated.

That is why I created The Hummingbeez – inspired by bees and the bee hummingbird.

Bees collect nectar from many flowers and turn it into honey – much like transforming knowledge into wisdom.

The bee hummingbird, the world’s smallest bird, represents agility, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to connect distant flowers, ideas, and possibilities.

The Hummingbeez is my independent space for reflections on:

Wellbeing: the body, heart and soul with social science backed.
Insights: the mind and brain connecting the dots of business analysis, sustainability, AI, technology
Reflective growth: learning curves, turning pages, growing, adapting and becoming, and everything in between “live and let live”.

Think of it as a personal field note for curious minds: collecting ideas, connecting patterns, and turning seemingly scattered thoughts into freshly humanly digestible perspectives.

And perhaps most importantly, it is the kind of connection that does not come purely from an algorithm. Because somewhere between a bee and the world’s smallest bird, there is a leap of imagination that artificial intelligence AI might calculate – but would never quite dare to bridge/cross.
